Last year, we published posts that touched on street photography: Russ Taylor shared his creative process on photographing people all over the world, and Dominic Stafford talked about documenting the streets of Southeast Asia.

But what is street photography? Over on Photo Theory, John Meehan writes:

What is striking about attempts to define “street photography” is the striking lack of consensus.

On the Nature of Street Photography

Very simply put, some people view street photography as an art form — a genre of documentary in which a photographer captures real life as…

How to travel to Europe for 200 dollars or less!

Typically when looking for tickets to other countries, you don’t find very much below the 900 dollar mark!

But now it’s time…

Time for the BIG reveal…

 Norwegian_air_shuttle_b737-300_ln-kko_arpNORWEGIAN AIR!!

On Norwegian air all they mainly provide is transportation from A to B.

Providing food, bag checks and such cost extra. They are all provided separately hence why they are so cheap! To find even cheaper tickets to distant lands you would have to check their low-fare calender. Although the prices are great, Norwegian airlines are only apparent in New York, Florida or LA.

This is where on specific days they have special sale prices in which you get to take advantage off. They do provide a entertainment system. Including wifi, touchscreen and Tv.

The touch screens don’t work from my experience, but this plane is worth its money!

While looking at their company values I found the following…

Values:

  • Simplicity- They provide just the essentials for you to get there
  • Directness-They take minimum amount of stops
  • Relevance- Because the flight is so direct it is not a waste of time

Operational priorities:

  • Safety
  • Service
  • Simplicity

Destination of the week: Laguna Salada de Torrevieja

Otherwise known as the “blushing lake” will surely take you by surprise! Laguna Salada de Torrevieja is a lake that is contained by the beautiful lands of Spain. This lake gets its color from special algae that grows in super high levels of salt!  The pink algae is then eaten by shrimp(that turn pink) and the shrimp are also then eaten by flamingos(Which also turn pink!). Can you seek out the trend here?

Some other attractions that you could visit around there include…

  • The Palmeral of Elche
  • Volco Ocean Race

“Pink isn’t just a color it’s an attitude” – Miley Cyrus

~But more importantly it’s an ocean!~

One goal for you in Spain: Try Black Pudding

The climate is warm, and it has been said that the residents are breathing some of the freshest air on earth. If one decides to take a dip within this vibrant colored attraction, you are guaranteed to float. You couldn’t sink even if you wanted to! If you don’t have this place on your travel bucket list. I would HIGHLY recommend to get your breath taken away by visiting!

Hello world!

Hey there! Let’s make traveling easy. I’ll start with a quick introduction of myself and where I am from! My name is Cree like the native american tribe, the tribe my maternal family has decent of. My paternal family are from the virgin Islands and have french decent.  I have been to places, BEAUTIFUL places! Places in my own backyard ( Little ole North Carolina) and places afar such as China Town, The Virgin Islands, England, and Paris. I have met people who inspire me everyday to travel, and I have learned to admire the differences in both culture and landscapes alike. The whole point of this blog is to inspire those on the verge of venturing, and providing them some insight on how, where, when, and what!

There’s something to learn everyday, whether it’s traditional or modern! Ranging from fashion to Religion.

  • Learn lessons you wouldn’t learn elsewhere, Talk a new language, exchange ways of living + philosophies and change up your recipes.

Most importantly, I will try my best to show you that walking among a world diverse and different, we relate to each other more than you may think!

~Please enjoy and always be willing to learn and teach!
